Information

The terms and conditions of sale are, I hope, simple and straightforward. They are:

All attributions are honest and I believe that the description of a work of art and its condition is accurate.

If however an attribution is not right or if the condition of a work is not substantially as described then, when you return the work to me, I will return the entire purchase price (including any post & packing charge that you have paid to me).

If within three weeks of purchase you wish to return a work for any reason or even for no reason then I will return the purchase price less 10% and less any postal/package costs that I have incurred.

You are only entitled to return a work to me if it is in the same condition as when sold to you.

I shall incur no liability for any other claims whatsoever including claims for indirect or consequential losses and claims arising from negligence.

These terms (and any others expressly agreed between us) represent our entire agreement and that no other statement or representation made by either of us has been relied upon by the other in agreeing to enter into the Contract.

Post & Packing:

Charged at cost via Royal Mail or a courier can be arranged. At the moment Royal Mail "Special Delivery Next Day" service within the UK charges £7.55 for a 1 Kg, £9.30 for a 2 Kg package and £21:00 for a 10 Kg package [including compensation of up to £2,500].
